How it works

Three steps from a recording to something you can use

No setup, nothing to install, and nobody extra on the invite. Upload what you already recorded and Autrans does the rest.

Step 01

Upload your audio

Drop in your file. MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC or the video you recorded the meeting in — we take the audio out of it. It is stored securely while we work.

Files up to 300 MB. A WhatsApp voice note is fine, and so is a two-hour board meeting; if something is too long for one go, the audio cutter is free and needs no account.

Step 02

Get your transcript

We transcribe it with speaker labels, timestamps and the language actually being spoken — including when that changes mid-sentence.

Nigerian English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo, alongside Arabic, French and Spanish. Code-switching is the normal case here, not an edge case, which is most of why generic tools mangle Nigerian audio.

Step 03

Do more with it

Search it, summarise it, pull the action items, ask it questions, rename the speakers, and export to PDF, DOCX, SRT or TXT.

The summary, the key topics and the action items are generated from the transcript, so they cite the moment they came from and you can jump straight to it in the audio.

What Autrans does not do

Autrans is never in the room. There is no bot to add to a call, no calendar to connect and nothing to install — you capture the conversation however you already do, and upload the file. That is a real difference from the tools Autrans is usually compared to, and it is worth knowing before you sign up rather than after.

Your next conversation deserves to be remembered.

Capture it with Autrans and turn it into a transcript you can search, understand, and share.
